Irresistible vegan chocolate mousse
The vegan cuisine is very creative and full of healthy and flavourful dessert recipes simple to make and with no cooking required. I have already written about a super simple ice cream recipe last summer and now I would like you to try this delicious coconut cream based vegan chocolate mousse ready in a blink of an eye.
Serves: 4. Total time: 2 hours 10 minutes (preparation 10 min, cooling 2 hours minimum)
INGREDIENTS (organic and in order of use)
400g of Coconut Cream
4 tablespoons of Pure Cocoa
4 tablespoons of Agave Syrup (or Maple)
1 teaspoon of Natural Vanilla Extract
Dark and White Chocolate shavings to serve
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk with an electric mixer to blend and thicken slightly.
Coconut cream can never get as thick as whipped cream, but do not worry, it will have the texture and thickness of a real chocolate mousse after refrigeration.
- Pour the cream into cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with white and dark chocolate shavings.
